About Merel Sluman 

Merel Sluman went on stage for the first time when she was only nine years old. In the course of years she has developed into a singer with a fantastic, powerful and sultry voice. Her roots are clearly the classics. She grew up listening to all sorts of jazz and blues records which Merel could sing eventually all. The typical, sensitive manner of singing has taken over and these return clearly in all of her work.
